BLT Realm Guide
Last checked against the Profile 1 config: 21 July 2026.
Most commands require you to have an adopted hero first. Start with !adopt.
Some advanced commands have extra subcommands. If you are unsure, type the base command by itself, such as !clan, !party, !kingdom, !fief, or !upgrade, and BLT should reply with what it expects.

Equipment And Custom Items
| Command | What It Does | Use By |
|---|---|---|
!equip | Upgrades normal equipment. Costs by tier: 25k, 50k, 100k, 200k, 400k, 1m. | !equip or !equip 4 |
!reequip | Rerolls current-tier equipment. Costs 10k. | !reequip |
!buymount | Buys a random custom mount. Costs 900k. Rarity odds: 75% horse/camel, 22% big beast (elephant, mammoth, chariot - announced as RARE!), 3% dragon (announced as 🐉 ULTRA-RARE!). No culture selection - every roll comes from the full pool. Mounted classes auto-equip it; other classes get it added to custom items instead (hand it off with !giveitem/!companion giveitem - except dragons, which are hero-only and can never be given to companions). A free low-tier starter saddle is auto-equipped with any new horse if you don't already have one. | !buymount |
!smithsaddle | Buys a higher-tier saddle for your mount, better than the free starter one. Costs 150k. | !smithsaddle or !smithsaddle vlandia |
!smitharmor | Smiths a custom armor item. Costs 300k. | !smitharmor |
!smithweapon | Smiths a custom weapon. Costs 600k. | !smithweapon |
!smithshield | Smiths a custom shield. Costs 600k. | !smithshield |
!customitems | Shows your custom item list and item indexes. Anything you're currently wearing is marked with a leading [E], so you can tell spare items from equipped ones at a glance. | !customitems |
!removeitem (number) | Takes any equipped item off your own hero (custom item OR plain base gear) and moves it into your !customitems, so you can re-equip, auction, or give it away. Slots are fixed and match !inv: 1-4 weapons, 5 head, 6 body, 7 legs, 8 gloves, 9 cape, 10 horse, 11 saddle. Call with no number to list your equipped items. Base gear you remove comes back tagged (Reclaimed) - you can re-equip, give, or !auction it, but not !sell it. | !removeitem 5 (helmet) or !removeitem 10 (horse) |
!equipcustom (index) [slot(number)] | Equips a custom item by name or number. Add a slot(number) (1-11, same layout as !removeitem) to force it into an exact slot with no restrictions - handy for putting reclaimed gear back that the normal equip won't take. Use alone to list options. | !equipcustom 2 or !equipcustom 2 slot6 (body) |
!nameitem | Renames a custom item. | !nameitem 3 Foehammer |
!discarditem | Deletes one of your custom items. | !discarditem 3 |
!giveitem | Gives one of your custom items to another viewer. | !giveitem 3 @username |

Only items made by a smith/buy command can be sold; (Reclaimed) base-game gear (from !removeitem) cannot be sold - !auction it instead. Unequip an item before you sell it. !sell customitem all sells everything except equipped, renamed, and reclaimed items, so your named favourites stay safe. Otherwise normal rules apply. | !sell customitem 3 or !sell customitem all |
!itemstats | Shows item/stat details when available. | !itemstats |
Gold And Income
| Command | What It Does | Use By |
|---|---|---|
!gold | Shows your current hero gold. | !gold |
!income | Shows your current income information when BLT can calculate it. | !income |
!giftgold | Sends gold to another viewer. | !giftgold @username 1000 |
!auction | Auctions one of your custom items by its index (from !customitems) with a reserve price. Other viewers !bid, and the highest bidder wins it when the auction ends. | !auction 3 50000 (auctions custom item #3 with a 50k reserve) |
!bid | Bids on the current auction. | !bid 100000 |
How fief income works in Profile 1: each owned settlement pays its clan leader daily BLT gold equal to a flat base amount (towns: 0, castles: 2,500) plus that settlement's Prosperity stat multiplied by 5. A castle at 1,500 prosperity pays about 10,000 gold/day; a well-developed town at 10,000 prosperity pays about 50,000 gold/day. Trade Envoys I/II clan upgrades add a further flat 10,000/20,000 gold/day on top, permanently, once purchased. This is BLT viewer gold - it does not go into the real in-game clan treasury.
Your Forces & Battle
Retinue
Retinue are your personal troops. They can spawn with you when summoned and earn retinue kill gold.
| Command | What It Does | Use By |
|---|---|---|
!recruit | Buys/upgrades normal retinue. Base cap is 5 before clan upgrades. | !recruit or !recruit 2 |
!eliterecruit | Buys/upgrades elite retinue. Base cap is 5 before clan upgrades. | !eliterecruit or !eliterecruit all |
!recruitlist | Shows your current retinue troops. | !recruitlist |
!recruit clear | Clears normal retinue troops and refunds 50% of what you spent on them (the tier you cleared plus every tier below it). Use a slot number from !recruitlist, or all to clear and refund every normal retinue troop. | !recruit clear 1 or !recruit clear all |
!eliterecruit clear | Clears elite retinue troops and refunds 50% of what you spent on them (the tier you cleared plus every tier below it). Use a slot number from !recruitlist, or all to clear and refund every elite retinue troop. | !eliterecruit clear 1 or !eliterecruit clear all |
Current retinue costs:
| Type | Tier 1 | Tier 2 | Tier 3 | Tier 4 | Tier 5 | Tier 6 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Normal retinue | 10k | 25k | 50k | 100k | 200k | 400k |
| Elite retinue | 25k | 50k | 100k | 200k | 400k | 800k |
HiredCompanions (Wanderers)
HiredCompanions are a second way to grow your clan's roster, separate from kids. A wanderer occasionally appears for auction (streamer/mod triggered) and whoever's clan has the highest bid when the timer runs out keeps them as a permanent companion.
| Command | What It Does | Use By |
|---|---|---|
!buycompanion | Buy a companion directly, no auction needed. On its own it rolls a random class at a random tier (Common/Uncommon/Veteran/Elite) for the base cost. Add a class name to pick the archetype for an extra surcharge; the tier is still random. Needs a clan (!clan create) and respects your companion cap. Resell later with !auction. | !buycompanion (random) or !buycompanion knight (chosen class) |
!wanderer | Spawns a new wanderer up for auction. Streamer/mod only. | !wanderer |
!bidwanderer | Bids on the currently active wanderer auction. | !bidwanderer 100000 |
When triggered, chat shows the wanderer's Name, Class, Tier, and starting Value, then a 120 second auction begins with reminders at 90s/60s/30s remaining showing the current highest bid. The highest bid when the timer hits 0 wins, pays in BLT gold, and the wanderer becomes a HiredCompanion of the winner's clan.
Winning a wanderer locks you out of bidding on the very next wanderer only, so other viewers get a turn.
Tier is rolled randomly each time a wanderer appears. A higher tier means a companion has MORE of its class focus skills boosted, at a higher range, plus matching focus points and attributes:
| Tier | Odds | Focus skills boosted | Boosted range | Everything else |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Common | 40% | Top 2 | 70–90 | 40–50 |
| Uncommon | 30% | Top 3 | 110–140 | 60–80 |
| Veteran | 20% | Top 4 | 170–190 | 100–120 |
| Elite | 10% | All 5 | 210–240 | 140–150 |
Companions can climb tiers. Tier is only the starting roll. Once a companion's average class-skill value crosses the next tier's floor they are promoted automatically, announced in chat: Uncommon at 110, Veteran at 170, Elite at 210. Promotion only, never demotion, so a battle-hardened Common won't stay a cheap respec forever.
7 possible classes (archetypes). Each has an ordered list of 5 focus skills - the tier decides how far down the list gets boosted (Common takes the first 2, Uncommon 3, Veteran 4, Elite all 5). Weapon/armor loadout is scaled to tier. Only Knight and Mounted Archer come with a mount by default (you can still give any companion a mount with !buymount or !giveitem - except dragons, which are hero-only):
| Class | Focus Skills (priority order) | Loadout |
|---|---|---|
| ShieldBearer | One Handed, Athletics, Polearm, Throwing, Leadership | One-handed weapon + Shield |
| Champion | Two Handed, Athletics, One Handed, Polearm, Riding | Two-handed weapon |
| Marksman | Bow, Athletics, One Handed, Crossbow, Riding | Bow + Arrows + sidearm |
| Knight | Polearm, Riding, One Handed, Athletics, Leadership | Polearm + Shield + Horse |
| Commander | Steward, Leadership, Tactics, One Handed, Athletics | One-handed weapon + Shield |
| Mounted Archer | Bow, Riding, Athletics, One Handed, Throwing | Bow + Arrows + sidearm + Horse |
| Skirmisher | Throwing, Athletics, One Handed, Polearm, Tactics | Throwing weapons + Shield + sidearm |
Managing the HiredCompanions you already own:
| Command | What It Does | Use By |
|---|---|---|
!companion list | Lists all HiredCompanions owned by your clan. | !companion list |
!companion (name) | Shows that companion's Tier, Class, Age, equipment, and top skills. | !companion Talisa |
!companion (name) inv | Shows just that companion's equipped battle gear. | !companion Talisa inv |
!companion (name) stats | Shows that companion's Tier, Class, Age, and Clan. | !companion Talisa stats |
!companion (name) ach | Shows that companion's career record: kills, downs, battles, gold earned, and best kill streak. The companion equivalent of your own !ach. | !companion Talisa ach |
!companion (name) skills | Shows that companion's top skills with focus levels. | !companion Talisa skills |
!companion (name) rename (new name) | Renames a HiredCompanion you own. | !companion Talisa rename Brienne |
!companion (name) giveitem (index) [slot] | Gives one of your custom items to a HiredCompanion you own (index from !customitems). For weapons, add a slot (slot1-slot4) to choose which weapon slot it goes in; armour/mounts auto-slot. | !companion Talisa giveitem 3 or !companion Talisa giveitem 4 slot3 |
!companion (name) removeitem (number) | Takes ANY equipped item off a companion (custom item OR base gear) and moves it into your own !customitems. Same fixed slots as !removeitem (1-4 weapons, 5 head, 6 body, 7 legs, 8 gloves, 9 cape, 10 horse, 11 saddle). Call with no number to list that companion's gear. Base gear comes back tagged (Reclaimed) (can't be !sell'd). | !companion Talisa removeitem 1 |
!companion (name) release | Releases a HiredCompanion, freeing up a roster slot without needing a buyer. | !companion Talisa release |
!companion (name) governor (town) | Makes that companion the governor of a town or castle your clan owns. Use governor remove to step them down, or leave the town blank to list your clan's fiefs. While a companion is governing they can't be released or sold, and they stay at their town instead of following you around. | !companion Talisa governor Ostwick or !companion Talisa governor remove |
!companion (name) summon | Summons that companion into the current battle. Kills earn their clan leader gold. (In the Wave Arena, this is how you bring a companion in - one per fighter, no resummon if it falls.) | !companion Talisa summon |
!comp | Summons your own HiredCompanions into the battle at once (the ones you personally won). Works even if you're a member of someone else's clan. (In the Wave Arena this is disabled, so bring one companion with !companion (name) summon instead.) | !comp |
!companion (name) buyfocus (skill) [count] | Spends your gold to give a companion focus points in a skill. Same tiered cost as native !buyfocus. Add a number to buy several at once (each charged at its own rising tier price); it stops at max focus 5 or when your gold runs out and tells you how many it bought. | !companion Talisa buyfocus bow 3 |
!companion (name) buyattribute (attribute) [count] | Spends your gold to give a companion attribute points. Leave the attribute blank for a random one. Add a number to buy several at once; !companion Talisa buyattribute 3 buys 3 random points. Stops at max 10 or when your gold runs out. | !companion Talisa buyattribute vigour 3 |
!companionauto (name) (amount) | Develops a companion for you automatically instead of buying one point at a time. Spends up to (amount) gold on that companion, buying the cheapest useful thing first: focus points (cap 5) then attributes (cap 10), always on that companion's own class skills. Costs follow the same prices as the viewer !buyfocus/!buyattribute. Shorthand like 500k and 1m works. This develops only and never touches equipment (use equip below for gear). The reply itemises exactly what it bought with before and after values, the cost, and your balance. | !companionauto Talisa 500k |
!companionauto (amount) | Same as above but splits the gold evenly across all the companions you own. If one is already maxed out, their share rolls over to the next companion. | !companionauto 1m |
!companionauto (name) equip | Gear-only pass, free. Takes your idle custom items that fit that companion's class loadout and equips them, upgrade only, for no gold. This is a separate mode from the paid develop run above, so equipping and developing never happen in the same call. It never touches gear you're wearing yourself, and never hands over weapons you've renamed. Anything it replaces comes back to your !customitems. | !companionauto Talisa equip |
!companionauto equip | Runs that same free gear pass on every companion you own. | !companionauto equip |
!companion (name) class (classname) | Changes that companion's class. Leave the class blank to see their current tier and class plus the full class list. Costs the same as buying a chosen-class companion (!buycompanion (class) = base + choose-archetype surcharge, 500k by default), read live so the two prices always match. It's forward-looking only: existing stats aren't touched. It changes what !companionauto develops, what gear counts as fitting, and future reequips. | !companion Talisa class archer or !companion Talisa class |
!companion (name) culture (culture name) | Changes that companion's own culture (not your clan's). | !companion Talisa culture vlandia |
!companion (name) reequip | Re-rolls that companion's gear at their existing tier. Custom items and anything already higher tier are kept; everything else is rerolled, matching their current culture if possible. | !companion Talisa reequip |
Kills by a summoned HiredCompanion earn gold for the viewer who owns them, scaled the same way your own BLT hero's kills are, off a 5,000g base. !summon brings your hero, retinue and your own companions all at once, and !guard/!unguard (see Battle And Tournaments below) cover both your retinue and your companions together.
Your companions are tied to you. They're linked to the viewer who won them, not just the clan - so if you leave a clan to form your own, your companions come with you.
Both perks at every milestone. BLT heroes, HiredCompanions, spouses and children all receive both perks at each skill milestone (25/50/75…), not just one of the two.
Each clan can only own a limited number of HiredCompanions at once (5 by default). Kids, spouses, and regular companions never count against this limit - only ones bought via wanderer auctions do.
Reselling a HiredCompanion uses the same native !auction/!bid commands as custom items, just targeting a companion name instead of an item index:
| Command | What It Does | Use By |
|---|---|---|
!auction (companion name) (price) | Lists one of your HiredCompanions for auction at a starting price. | !auction Talisa 150000 |
!bid (companion name) (gold) | Bids on an active HiredCompanion auction. | !bid Talisa 200000 |
Same 120 second timer with 90s/60s/30s reminders. The winner pays the seller directly and the companion transfers to the winner's clan. You can't bid on your own listed companion.
Battle And Tournaments
| Command | What It Does | Use By |
|---|---|---|
!summon | Summons your hero on the streamer's side in battle. Retinue and HiredCompanions come too. | !summon |
!rally | Once per battle after summoning, heals your hero, retinue, and HiredCompanions, then boosts their damage, toughness, lifesteal, and archer fire rate for 90s. | !rally |
!guard!guard / !guard line (default): everyone clusters in close beside you, blended together !guard shield: retinue/companions wall up tightly in front of you - you're protected behind the wall !guard loose: you lead from the front, retinue/companions trail behind with archers given the clearest lane to shoot past you | Forms your retinue and HiredCompanions up around you in a formation. Matching is live: foot melee guard on foot with melee, foot archers join too if you're using a bow/crossbow, and mounted retinue/companions only guard while you're mounted (matching your weapon). | !guard, !guard shield, or !guard loose |
!unguard | Turns off guard protection for both retinue and HiredCompanions. | !unguard |
!power | Activates your class's unique active power (see your class's "Active" entry in Classes And Powers above for what it actually does), if you've met the unlock requirements. Also grants your currently-summoned HiredCompanions Ignore Armor and Shrug Off for the same duration. | !power |
!formation(no args): shows your current formation and a numbered list of formations to switch to (number): moves you into that numbered formation, e.g. !formation 2front / back: moves you to the front or back rank within your current formation detach / attach: leaves or rejoins your formation to act independently (while detached) charge / hold / follow / gate / walls: orders for your detached self - charge the enemy, hold position, follow your formation, head for a gate, or head for the walls (sieges) | Sets or changes your battle formation behavior. | !formation 1 |
!heal | Heals your hero over time in battle when summoned. | !heal |
!battle | Shows current battle information when available. | !battle |
!tournament | Joins the viewer tournament queue. Entry cost is 10k. | !tournament |
!bltbet | Bets on a tournament team when betting is open. | !bltbet red 10000 |
Hideouts are hero-only. In a hideout fight your companions, your retinue, and forced mounts are all blocked, so it's just your hero on foot. That's the way hideouts are meant to work, so don't be surprised when !summon brings you in alone there.
Current killstreak rewards:

A co-op wave-survival gauntlet fought on a battlefield. The streamer or a mod opens it; viewers join the opening lobby and fight alongside the streamer as AI allies. 12 waves of escalating enemies - the enemy count and troop quality climb each wave, with a miniboss on wave 6 and a mega boss on wave 12 that drop loot rolled for by chat.
| Command | What It Does | Use By |
|---|---|---|
!arenastart | (Mod-only) Opens the wave arena and a 40-second join lobby. | !arenastart |
!join | Join the arena during the opening lobby - your hero fights as an AI ally, and the enemy waves scale to the number of fighters who joined. | !join |
!roll | Roll a 1-100 dice for the active giveaway (e.g. boss loot). Highest wins; if the top score ties, the tied rollers reroll against each other until one victor. | !roll |
!startroll | (Mod-only) Manually opens a !roll giveaway for a prize. | !startroll a shiny sword |
How it works: after !arenastart a 40-second lobby opens (join warnings at 30s/20s/10s). Every fighter who joins increases the challenge - each wave spawns roughly (4 + wave number) enemies per fighter, and enemy troop types get tougher as the waves climb. You can also bring one companion into the fight with !companion (name) summon (one per fighter, no resummon if it falls) - companions are bonus muscle and do not count toward the enemy scaling. Wave 6 brings a bigger, tankier miniboss that drops a custom item (won with !roll). Wave 12 brings a huge mega boss that drops a custom item AND an Elite wanderer (each won with a separate !roll). A kill scoreboard is posted in chat on every wave clear. Survive all 12 waves to win.
